I have devised a system for sorting topics in the General Gaming Discussion Section. Before the Subject Title, please put one of the following:

By Platform:
[PS4]
[XBox One]
[Wii U]
[3DS]
[PC]
[Mac]

If the platform is not listed, simply use the [ ] brackets and place the right platform.

By Game:
[Axis & Allies]
[Call of Duty 2]
[Call of Duty UO]

Same deal, if the game is not listed, simply use the [ ] brackets and place the right game.

By Content:

[Random Question]
[Random Poll]

Again, if the content is not listed, simply use the [ ] brackets and place the right content.

I find that this will help clear up the clutter and help to make organization easier.
